**A typical session includes a 15- minute pre-session assessment via phone, a 30-minute healing session of clearing energy, and a 15-minute post- session assessment via phone to discuss your experience.

Remote Session: Please find a quiet and relaxing space, where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Please turn electronic devices on Do Not Disturb and set an alarm for session. Client will also be advised to play some relaxing music, if desired. (Time allotted 30 minutes, unless discussed otherwise)

Expectations after a Session: A Reiki session will affect clients differently.
